Not every veteran qualifies for free service through our Veteran Mobile Program, but at Cell Phones for Soldiers, we believe every hero deserves affordable, reliable connectivity. That’s why we created the Evergreen Program – a sustainable, low-cost option that still puts veterans first.
How it Works
- Discounted Service Rates: Veterans can purchase a line on our trusted networks at a significantly reduced monthly rate. Rates are currently $25 per line per month with limited additional upfront fees. No security check is required.
- Add a Family Member: Each veteran enrolled in Evergreen may extend the benefit by adding one additional family member to their account.
- Flexible Options: Bring your own device and keep your current number or start fresh with a new line and carrier.
- Nationwide Coverage: Evergreen partners with leading carriers to ensure strong, dependable service across the country.
Why Evergreen?
This program was designed for veterans who may not qualify for our fully subsidized services but still need access to affordable mobile connectivity. By participating, you’re not only helping yourself stay connected – you’re also supporting CPFS’s mission to assist more veterans in need. A portion of each month’s bill is directly contributed to our Veteran Mobile Program and providing a lifeline to another veteran.

Complete our Veteran Application Form and select the Evergreen Program. Your application will be reviewed for approval, and once approved, you will receive a link to complete your registration within the Evergreen Program system.
