1. Print your prepaid shipping label:

• Please print out the UPS Ground labels and make sure that all the addresses are readable and accurate.
• You can print out the label created by the Ship Station process with CPFS paying for 10+ phones.
• Less than 10 phones, you can print out the following shipping label to put on the package as you deliver it to the local post office.
• Count the number of donated phones for your records.

2. Packing your boxes:

• Please use reasonably sized boxes to avoid heavy handling. Place the phones flat across the bottom of the box and layer them with newspaper or bubble wrap.
• Keep batteries attached to phones. If there is no battery, please tape over terminal ends.
• Due to federal regulations, you must print two "Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer Rechargeable Batteries Inside" labels for each package, both of which can be found here . Place the 8 ½ x 11 label inside of the box and save the 5.5 inch label to affix to the outside.

3. Labeling your boxes:

• Attach your prepaid UPS Ground shipping label(s) to the box(es). Make note of the reference numbers from the labels, tracking number and the number of phones shipped.
• Affix the remaining battery label to the outside of the box.

4. Shipping your boxes:

• Deliver your boxes to a UPS driver or to a local UPS Store or drop-off location. (find a location here)
• You will not receive an emailed confirmation once the package arrives. Head here to print your donation receipt.
